My contribution
- Designed and shipped the offline-first Flutter application for Android and iOS, including encrypted local data, cache versioning, and low-bandwidth behavior.
- Own the PostgreSQL data model, security policies, read models, query tuning, migrations, and serverless ingestion and enrichment functions.
- Built the React and Next.js operations platform for moderation, catalog management, notifications, feature flags, and analytics.
- Operate Cloudflare Workers spanning caching, admin delivery, deep links, static SEO, and a stateful Telegram moderation bot.
- Built Arabic search, AI enrichment, duplicate detection, growth automation, and the analytics loop from Firebase to BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
